Stellarr Studio
Brand identity usage terms, version dated 9 September 2026

1. Scope
STELLARR STUDIO, a French SAS company, SIREN 101 691 103, provides the logos
and variants in this kit to identify the studio and its products accurately
in an article, presentation or informational publication. This permission
is limited, non-exclusive and does not transfer ownership.

2. Accuracy
Preserve the supplied names, proportions, lettering and colours. Choose
the variant suited to your background and keep the artwork legible.
Transformations shown as incorrect examples in the guide are not permitted
variants. No Moon Blur logo is included.

3. Presentation and relationships
Do not present your service as an official studio offering or imply
endorsement, a partnership or certification that does not exist. Do not
sell the logos as your own resource. For advertising, merchandise, an
application, a domain name or co-branded material, contact the studio
before use.

4. Separate rights
This permission does not cover website source code, React Bits components,
marketplace products or third-party works. Their own licences and notices
continue to apply. Media logos, photographs, quotations and articles are
not included in the kit. A palette, an open font or a layout principle
does not become exclusive because it appears in this guide. This document
is not evidence of trademark registration.

5. Typeface
Plus Jakarta Sans is distributed under SIL Open Font License 1.1. The full
licence and credits appear in FONT-LICENSE-OFL.txt and must be retained
when redistributing the font. Rights granted by that licence are independent
of the permission relating to the logos.

6. Non-compliant use
For misleading use, alterations or failure to follow these rules, the studio
may request correction or an end to the authorised use. Uses permitted by
law remain separate from this permission.
