One account, one responsibility
A Stellarr account and confirmed email address are required to publish. Choose a public name that represents you without impersonating anyone. Protect your password. A personal account must not be shared.
Respectful, precise discussions
Describe the context of your questions. Distinguish facts, assumptions and opinions. Cite sources and licences when sharing code or resources. Disagreement is welcome; harassment, personal attacks, discrimination, threats, spam and unlawful content are not.
Do not publish confidential information
Discussions are public. Do not share passwords, API keys, customer data, internal documents or someone else’s contact details without permission. Replace real data with clearly identified fictional examples.
Your contributions and rights
You retain rights to your contributions. By publishing, you authorise Stellarr Studio to display and retain them to operate the forum. This permission does not grant other members the right to resell your content. Specify a licence if you wish to allow reuse of a code example.
Images, videos and profile photos
Upload only files you have the right to publish. Check copyright, licences and, where necessary, consent from identifiable people or people whose voices are included. Consult Service Public’s guidance on image rights. Finding an image online or adding a credit does not automatically give permission to republish it.
Permission needed to operate the forum includes hosting, displaying and technically adapting contributions, such as resizing, compression and format conversion. These operations distribute your publication and do not transfer your rights to the studio. An illustration or montage should be clearly identified when it could be mistaken for a real scene or statement.
An uploaded file remains private until attached to an authorised publication. The team may review media, hide it and handle reports. Re-encoding does not remove confidential information visible or audible in the content: check screenshots, faces, number plates, names, screens and conversations before sharing. Format, size and duration limits appear in the editor.
You can delete media that is not attached to a post. For media already linked to a discussion, ask the team to remove it and provide the content’s link. Making your profile private hides its description, website link and photo; it does not hide public contributions or the name associated with them. Retention and requests are detailed in the privacy policy.
Reputation, rank and level
Reputation comes from reactions recorded by the forum. Level and rank provide a simple way to read that reputation; they are not a certification or professional endorsement. New members can participate without an established rank.
Reporting and moderation
Each reply has a reporting button. Explain the issue. The team may close, hide or restore discussions and suspend accounts to protect the community. You can request a review at contact@stellarrstudio.com, specifying the relevant discussion.
Your data and requests
Your account brings together sessions, purchases and activity information. You can access the available export and request account deletion. Public contributions and order records need handling appropriate to their nature. Read the privacy policy.
