Business applications

A workspace designed for your activity.

When spreadsheets and scattered conversations make tracking difficult, a business application can bring useful information together. We design screens and rules around the work to be done, with the people involved.

Let’s discuss this need

The starting point.

The first version should cover a coherent journey. We identify roles, data and decisions so we do not simply reproduce every existing habit in a more complex interface.

Use cases to explore.

  • Bring request status, required documents and the next action together in a shared workspace.
  • Show each role the cases awaiting its review and retain the information needed for follow-up.
  • Let field teams enter necessary information on mobile and make it available at the office according to agreed permissions.

What the project can include.

  • Priority workflows and user roles.
  • Mock-ups reviewed with the people involved.
  • An application connected to selected data and tools.
  • Functional checks and onboarding materials.

How to move forward.

  1. 01

Define the work to be done.

We describe the stages of a case and the information each needs. Incomplete cases, corrections and changes of responsibility are considered.

  2. 02

    Design useful screens.

A prototype helps check the order of actions, clarity of labels and placement of information. Feedback guides development.

  3. 03

    Build an initial version.

We develop the agreed scope, permissions and connections. Workflows are tested before onboarding and later improvements.

Your questions.

Can you work with our existing spreadsheets?

They can help explain your data and current processes. We examine their structure, duplicates and necessary mappings before defining a migration.

Can the application work on a phone?

The interface can be designed for the screens your teams use. Specific needs such as offline entry or phone features are assessed separately.

How do we prioritise features?

We start from a real workflow and its difficulties. Features that let people complete that journey come before features whose usefulness still needs to be established.
