Process automation

Move a task forward across your tools.

A request arrives, information is copied and someone follows up with the next person. We examine these handovers to design automation that respects your business rules and keeps the approvals you need.

Let’s discuss this need

The starting point.

Automation requires understanding exceptions as well as the usual journey. We define what can run automatically, what needs a person’s decision and what must stop when information is missing.

Use cases to explore.

  • When a form is submitted, prepare a record in the tracking tool and route it to the right person after checking the fields.
  • When a team handles recurring documents, extract useful information and show values for confirmation before saving them.
  • When multiple tools describe the same case, synchronise agreed data and flag conflicts instead of silently choosing a version.

What the project can include.

  • A description of the workflow and its exceptions.
  • The available connections between selected tools.
  • Approval steps and understandable error messages.
  • Recovery tests and operating documentation.

How to move forward.

  1. 01

    Observe manual handovers.

We follow a task from start to finish: its trigger, copied information, decision rules and people involved. Dependencies become explicit.

  2. 02

    Define execution rules.

We separate deterministic processing from possible AI uses. Sensitive actions, duplicates and missing data receive a defined response.

  3. 03

    Test before expanding.

We test the first workflow against normal situations and exceptions, checking its results and the ability to recover after an interruption.

Your questions.

Does automation require AI?

Not necessarily. Rules and connections between applications are often enough. A model can be considered when a step needs to process text or interpret less structured information.

What happens if a tool stops responding?

The project defines whether to stop, notify a person or retry later. We examine the consequences of retries to avoid duplicate operations.

Can we keep human approval?

Yes. Automation can prepare an action without executing it immediately. The workflow specifies who decides, what information they see and the possible next steps.
