A server dedicated to your use cases, a model adapted to your data or an applied research programme: these projects require explicit architecture, tests and operating conditions.

These figures cover the studio’s services for an initial phase defined in the quote. Architecture, available data, access constraints and evaluation criteria determine the work. They do not automatically cover the full budget of a research programme or large-scale deployment.

Studio services only. The amounts below exclude GPU hardware purchases, server or compute rental, storage and third-party licences. Hosting, operations and maintenance are also estimated separately according to the service level required.

Are these fixed-price packages?

No. Starting prices are indicative figures excluding VAT for a focused initial scope. The final quote depends on deliverables, complexity, integrations, data and the support expected. None of these minimums includes an unlimited set of features.

Is the training price per person?

The €1,500 excluding VAT minimum is per in-house training day for one team. Participant numbers, duration, programme, format and any travel are specified in the quote.

What affects the budget?

Functional scope, business-rule complexity, data quality and migration, tool connections, deadlines and support affect the estimate. Priorities can be organised into several phases.

Are hosting, APIs and maintenance included?

The quote distinguishes studio services from third-party and recurring costs: APIs, licences, infrastructure, hosting and maintenance. Data migration and possible travel are also estimated as needed. Inclusion depends on the accepted scope.

What does the private AI server budget cover?

The figure starting at €12,000 excluding VAT covers deployment services: initial architecture, installation, configuration, tests and handover according to the quote. GPU hardware, server or compute rental, storage and licences are priced separately. Operations and maintenance are also defined separately.

What should we budget to adapt an existing model?

Adaptation or fine-tuning starts at €20,000 excluding VAT for a targeted project. The quote specifies the model, data, usage rights, adaptation cycles and expected evaluations. Compute resources and third-party costs are separate. Performance improvements depend on observed results and cannot be guaranteed.

Do adaptation and training from scratch have the same budget?

No. Adaptation or fine-tuning starts from an existing model with defined data and objectives. Training from scratch and open-ended research require their own scope and quote. An initial experimental phase is not the budget for a complete foundation model or a guaranteed research result.

Does the AI and R&D budget cover an entire large project?

The figure starting at €50,000 excluding VAT covers a defined initial phase with objectives, prototypes and an evaluation protocol specified in the quote. Later phases, large-scale deployment and full model training from scratch are estimated separately. Hardware, compute, storage, licences and operations are excluded from this minimum service budget.

Are these the prices of Moon AI subscriptions?

No. These budgets cover Stellarr Studio’s custom services and training. Moon AI subscriptions and terms follow the product’s arrangements and are not included in these figures.

How should we prepare a quote request?

Describe your objective, tools and data, users, deadline and any budget range you have. We then clarify the scope and any initial assessment before proposing work. Agreed work starts after the quote and its terms have been accepted.
