Artificial intelligence

Useful AI, built around your work.

Finding a procedure, drafting a reply or processing a document: we start with a real task to identify where AI can help your team. Sources, permissions and review points are agreed from the outset.

Let’s discuss your needs
Real situations

How this can
help you.

  1. 01

A document assistant that helps a team find information in its procedures and documentation, with references to available sources so people can check the answer.

  2. 02

A workflow that extracts useful information from a request, prepares its classification and presents the details for approval before updating your business application.

  3. 03

Writing assistance that drafts a reply from a selected context, with human review and a data scope suited to the task.

A scope defined together

What we build
with you.

  • A defined use case: users, tasks, authorised sources and criteria for assessing whether the solution is useful.
  • A prototype connected to the selected sources, including responses, verification and handling of missing information.
  • Integration with the chosen applications, including the permissions and review points agreed in scope.
  • Documentation of model choices, data flows and the agreed arrangements for ongoing support.
Our approach

Move forward with
a clear direction.

01

Understand the task and the data.

We examine the current work with the people doing it: what they look for, the information they use and the mistakes that cost time. We also consider document quality, updates and existing permissions. This assessment may lead to conventional automation when it better meets the need.

02

Evaluate real situations.

An initial scope lets us compare expected and generated answers. Tests include representative requests, missing information and ambiguous documents. We define how the tool communicates its limits, shows sources and hands over to a person when an answer needs checking.

03

Integrate and prepare for daily use.

The solution fits into a workflow your team can use. We define source access, permitted actions and the approvals required before a business system is changed. Deployment includes the agreed tests and documentation; support and subsequent changes follow the arrangements we agree together.

Before you begin

Your questions.
Our answers.

Do we need to train a model on our documents?

Not as a prerequisite. Searching selected sources can provide useful context without training a new model. We first examine what the system needs to find or produce. Adaptation or specialised training can be considered when the task and available data justify it.

Can the assistant access all our documents?

The scope is explicitly defined. We identify the necessary sources and user permissions, then design access accordingly. Adding a source must not expose its information to someone without permission. These cases are included in the planned checks.

How can we tell whether the project is useful?

We agree observable criteria before development: finding the right procedure, drafting a usable answer or reducing specific manual steps. The prototype is evaluated against your working situations, helping you decide whether to continue, adjust the scope or choose another solution.
