Introduction to AI
A proposed workshop to understand AI assistants, try simple requests and learn to examine their answers critically.
View the programmeDrafting a reply, structuring a document or finding a text’s main points: some tasks recur every week. This proposed workshop examines them individually, builds reusable requests and establishes a way to review results. Exercises are selected with you from situations the group can share.
We propose starting with a recurring situation: outlining a note, rephrasing a message or extracting points to watch from a text. The group describes the input, expected output and usual checks. This avoids asking a tool to solve several problems before their criteria are defined.
Participants specify the audience, context, constraints and response format. Several formulations are compared on the same example. The aim is to understand what must be explicit and what can remain open, then prepare a template adaptable to similar cases.
For a summary, the group examines omissions and added claims. For a message, it considers accuracy, tone and useful information for the recipient. This produces a small evaluation checklist to decide whether a suggestion can be used, needs correction or does not fit.
The group identifies steps to keep manual, information to exclude and approvals to retain. We distinguish occasional assistance from application integration. Connecting documents or business tools becomes a separate scoping question beyond the workshop exercise.
Describe two or three recurring tasks and how you currently assess their results. An example of the expected output is useful, without sending sensitive files. We agree usable scenarios and the tools participants can access.
You can continue trials within the selected scope and record what works, what needs correction and what fails to meet the need. Additional support, materials or technical integration are scoped separately together.
Yes, the proposal is prepared around your context. Selected examples must be shareable under the chosen conditions. They may be simplified or replaced with fictional cases preserving the task’s logic.
A workshop explores a task and clarifies expectations. Automation connected to applications then requires permissions, triggers, approvals and monitoring to be defined. That work can be discussed separately.
